Much of my practice explores mental health, parenting, and relationships with food, examining how these are shaped by social expectations, institutional guidance, and contemporary consumer culture. I present this work across exhibitions and public-facing formats in artistic, academic, and healthcare contexts. This page brings together selected exhibitions alongside the events and engagements through which the work is shared, discussed, and activated.

Events & Public Engagement
I am invited to speak at talks, webinars, and training sessions for NHS Eating Disorder and Perinatal Mental Health services, where visual work is used to support reflection on stigma, care, and lived experience.
I also work through public events, radio interviews, live and performance-based formats, and invited written work — including essays, blogs, and illustrated resources for arts and healthcare platforms — to engage wider audiences around food culture, parenting, and mental health.
Across these contexts, the work functions less as a fixed outcome and more as a prompt for dialogue. In some settings, humour and comedy form part of this approach, offering a way to engage difficult or emotionally charged subjects with openness, warmth, and connection.
